Abstract

O bloqueio para o ponto é uma das maneiras de avaliar uma matriz de comutação sob o ponto de vista de grau de serviço. São apresentados, neste trabalho, alguns dos métodos mais utilizados para cálculo da probabilidadede bloqueio e suas limitações. É deduzida ainda uma fórmula para cálculo da probabilidade de bloqueio no sistema TRÓPICO.
